Horrible business ! Traded in my car 3 years ago and they never turned in the license plate! I found out because we got a letter in the mail saying we have a flag

I do not recommend you even buy a Volkswagen from these people. They will NEVER get you in for a repair. The first time I had a laundry list of items that needed repair. It took 3 months of fighting with these people to get a loaner vehicle. Once my car was in their care they “worked” on it for 6 weeks. Now here I am needing more work done on a very new car (including recall work) and I have been on the “wait list” for a month. By far the best car dealer experience I’ve ever had!a huge thank you to Steve for his interaction over email. David for sealing the deal, and Arthur for his finance experience. Not once did I feel pressured while browsing the lot. Everyone was super professional and knowledgeable. I would buy 500 cars from this dealership!!! Also the quickest car sale ever!

Just had the worst experience with service department! I wish I would’ve read all these service dept reviews before purchasing my atlas with Walker VW! I have always purchased Nissans and decided to try out VW since I have family members that have VW. Even recommended this dealership to two family members that purchased vehicles. The car that was photographed and the car that I saw in person were not the same. I believe they used some creative photography, therewere scratches on the wheels, the rotors were all scraped up and needed to be replaced, holes in 2 of the tires. When I brought this to theattention of the salesperson (not naming them) they did not seem concerned with it and said, "I took it to get gas earlier and it was fine." I went I. To purchase a beetle. And Bryan and the sales manager was very rude. The salesman when we were negotiating the price if the vehicle told me if you don’t buy it that’s ok we aren’t worried and we understand. First off they insulted me with my trade on the highest level. And then questioned me in my purpose there. Of course I’m interested in a vehicle. I wouldn’ if been there if I wasn’t . This dealership is the worst I’ve ever dealt with in all aspects. The service department is a complete joke. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else but here unless you want shoddy work done on your car.

Excellent sales and service. However car after 3 days had a serious problem with the steering rack . The unit had to be replaced. The dealership did replace and fix even though bought as is. Also paid for towing 52 miles from my home to dealership.You chance buying used however the dealership stood behind the sale and took care of everything immediately and also provided a loaner vehicle.
