I took my 4.5 year old autistic grandson here for a hair cut as the one we normally go to didn’t have any online openings tonight. The lady who did his hair cut, was super impatient with him and refused to complete his cut, sending him home with longer hair over one ear. We usually go to the one on Marketplace Dr. in Caledonia and they are always very good with him. I’m rather disappointed in the staff at the E. Beltline location.

As with all sports clips, my experience was pretty good. Hair cut, hot towel shoulder massage. They were having customer appreciation month so I got a double MVP for the price of one. Store is very clean wait time wasn’t too bad considering it was pretty busy.

I had a great experience today with Rahel. She is another stylist at this location who knows how to give a trim without cutting too much. The steamed towel experience was excellent, especially the way she got to my neck and lifted my head during the scalp massage. I need to do this more often.

I stopped going here due to getting charged a triple play mvp and only getting my hair washed once and no massage. When I brought it up she just looked at me and said “Your point?” So when she got a 0 tip then she says “Poor guys are losers” I was really shocked because it was the first time I’ve ever had this happen at sports clips in 7 years of going.
