On a weekday (not weekend, not evening, not lunchtime) I Checked-in online for the next available stylist. Their System said a 50 minute wait, so we arrived at the store 50 minutes later. The board said "zero minute wait". At the store, we were the next one on the board and "on deck" status. Then proceeded to wait 30 MINUTES for someone to call our name. During that 30 minutes 2 of the 3 stylists were not assisting customers but instead they spent at least 15 minutes both "cleaning" , "restocking", and then going to the back for I assume a break time. Not sure why it wasn't staggered breaks and/or have one person clean up. Our zero minute wait was 30+ minutes on top of checking in advance time.

I got an undercut from here today. It isn't straight, it's way to high I feel as if I don't have any hair on the back of my head. This is gonna take years to grow out, and I was planning on fixing it but I don't even like it. So they've ruined my hair.

THIS ISN'T A STRIP CLUB. Just because they have an MVP package that involves shampoo, a hot towel, and a shoulder massage doesn't make this the happy ending massage parlor from Rush Hour 2. In all seriousness, the ladies today were polite, got me right in as a walk in, and did a perfectly fine job on my hair. I do a fade and clippers so it isn't rocket surgery but she took her time. Their model is a good one offering to clean up the neck and side burns for free between cuts. Have I had better haircuts? Yes. Have I paid less for a haircut? Certainly yes. Have I had worse haircuts? Oh hell yes! I have been victimized just like any military Vet by the dreaded PX haircut. There are far worse places for a haircut and I had a perfectly fine experience.

I used to go here since 2014 and even after I relocated. Customer service went down the hill since Covid. You are lucky to get an appointment too. And that's why I decided to go to a different branch.
