I called and they told me I couldn't book an appointment for my child but if I made it in before a certain time that my kid could get her hair cut. I made the half hour drive and was told they are booked for the day after arriving. You guys have atrocious customer service. Shame on you

Traveling through Alexandria Minnesota on a northern U.S. trip. Turns out my anniversary was here, so I wanted to get a haircut/beard trim so I'd look nice for dinner.
This Sport Clips was in walking distance of my hotel, and the app reservation system worked great for that. Candice did a fantastic job, and I left feeling quite happy and ready for my anniversary dinner.
I was very pleased with the performance of this establishment.

I will NEVER go to this place or EVER speak a positive word about this place.
A few months ago I called to see if they were open, and if so, if I needed to wear a mask. They said we are open and masks were optional. I get there and was told I in fact need to wear a mask. Really?!
Then after cooling off for a few months, I decided to try them one more time.
I called and asked if they had room to squeeze me in. The lady said to check in on their app. I said what if I don't want the app on my phone. She said I would have to come in person to get on the waiting list. No problem, but before I drive all the way into town, will you take me no matter what as long as I get there before you close. She said yes. So I drive into town only to be told that they were all booked for the evening and I could come back tomorrow morning.
Unbelievable. Strike two. Not going to be a strike three.
