PART 1 TAILORED ANALYSIS.To better understand the meal preference of the 222 Males and 166 female customers, a tailored analysis was carried out as well which gave the following results:FINDINGS:Meal orders were placed via 2 mediums (P1 and P2) that showed 358 preferring the food delivery app on P1 while 208 preferred to place direct calls on P2. 2 meal options (P1 and P2) with 124 choosing snacks for P1 and 312 opting for dinner in P2.Just as 2 meal option were chosen by the customers, 2 meal preference (P1, P2) were also selected with 315 choosing the non-vegetable food in P1 and 294 choosing vegetable foods in P2.RECOMMENDATION:·Promote using all available medium to place order to reduce the waiting time.·Encourage breakfast as it’s the most important meal of the day rather than snacks for P1 and more of Lunch for P2 because dinner might be an optional meal.·Encourage more of vegetable meals for healthy lifestyle for consumers of preference P1 and a further commendation to continue for preference P2 consumers for their good feeding habits.
