They always have everything you came lookingfor, orcan get iteasily. They are willing and able todo things like rekey your door locks while making keys foryou.So, all ofyour doors use the samekey, and without having toworry about buying aset ofdoor handles together. They have aninsane variety ofthings you probably forgot you needed. You need topick upa shopping basket asyou walk down all the isles.

Great place for your household needs. They are adding onto their already awesome nut and bolt selection. Largest stainless steel hardware options inManatee County. Been going there since 2011. Lakewood ranch location onLakewood ranch blvd, alittle south ofSR64.

They have lost acustomer! Webought two mid-sized Yeti coolers for acamping trip but due tothe hurricane wewere unable totake the planned vacation. Wetried toreturn them but were told “no hurricane items can bereturned asit’s astore policy”. What the hell isthat?? First wedid not purchase them for the hurricane and second, even ifwe had Ido not recall any signs orverbal warning from staff about not being able toreturn this new made-up category ofgoods. What ajoke ofcompany!! Never shop there again. UPDATE: Iwould like tothank the store managerBob, for his understanding that mysituation was different inregards tothe reasons needing toreturn the product. Hewas very flexible and worked with meand allowed meto make the exchange. Ireally doappreciate him reaching out and making this effort.… – show

I ama young women with little tono experience using power tools. I’m eager tolearn how touse tools for home projects now that Iown ahome. Iwalked into the store only vaguely knowing what Iwanted. After talking toDave, Iwalked out ofthe store confident inthe tools Ibought and the project Iam about tobegin. Hehelped mepick out atool that would beeasy touse for beginners, fit myprice range, and would help complete myproject. Ontop ofthat, hewas just anextremely kind gentleman totalk toand hewas nice enough tocarry myitems tocheck out withme. Alexander who checked meout was also kind enough tohelp mewith mylarge item tomycar.

Fully stocked with everything aDYI could ever need. High quality products and very helpful staff. They usually have things large chain stores don't have. The gift section isawesome, orso I've been told.

Subject: Propane Tank Filling
Why does your ACE HARDWARE LWR cashier insist onpayment for propane tank refills before anassociate iscalled tofulfill the task. The cashier charges for full tanks ofgas without knowing how much will actually beneeded/dispensed. Iwas charged $22.99for each offour (4) tanks ($91.96) when two (2) ofthe tanks were brought inbetween half full and three quarter full. Iwas told that this procedure iscompany policy.
I was also told that the reasoning for this charging practice isthat your associates are unable todetermine how much gas istransferred during the filling process. Your propane fill station includes ameter onthe fill line toaccount for the gas transfer. Inaddition, the station isequipped with aweight station that can beused todetermine how much gas was added byweight. Using either device the amount ofgas transferred can beeasily determined and the “appropriate” charge passed onto the consumer.
I amnot looking for arefund. However, Iwould appreciate you changing this procedure sothat the consumer isnot improperly charged for product they donot receive.
Other retailers, inthe area, have the same equipment attheir propane stations and docharge the consumer for only the actual amount ofpropane gas transferred totheir tanks.… – show00
